Mountain Biking In The Northwoods

North Star Camp for Boys is surrounded by tremendous biking trails. We utilize them as part of our biking program. Beginning bikers will learn the basics of biking, starting on easier trails as well as riding on paved roads. As campers progress through the biking program, they’ll go on more challenging bike rides on trails that are both on and off camp property.

Safety is vital at North Star Camp, and we teach the basics of bike maintenance. We have several mountain bikes of all sizes as well as bike helmets (required of all riders) that are regularly checked and upgraded.

For campers seeking an additional challenge, we offer biking sign-up trips that further utilize the great biking trails in the Northwoods.
