Windsurfing

Standing on a surf board, holding onto a sail, campers at North Star Camp for Boys can go zooming across the lake when they sign up for windsurfing. Originally known as sailboarding, windsurfing is an opportunity to really get moving in a unique way across the water. First you must learn to balance and maneuver on the board. Then you learn about the wind and the sail and how they work together. Put it all together and you end up breezing across Brewer’s Bay enjoying this great sport.
