The Preparing for Camp Guide should be read by all staff. This will provide you lots of info to help you get ready for the summer, let you know about the forms we need from you, and also details more about our policies.
In order to get every staff member up to speed and ready for camp, there are a variety of forms and information we need everyone to fill out. It will help with planning arrival dates, certifications needed and more.
Each staff member has a personal login page through our CampInTouch system (where you signed your contract) where the forms will live. You can also download the “Campanion” app to fill out forms. If you do not know your login, click “forgot password” to troubleshoot or email [email protected] if you need further help.
Below are forms that you will need to fill out prior to your arrival at camp:

- Drug & Alcohol Policy
- Health History
- Immunization
- Getting To Know You Before The Summer
- Passport Information/Employment Verification
- Employee Handbook Acknowledgement (after you read the Employee Handbook)
- Insurance and Authorization (for those under 18 years of age)
These forms need to be filled out and submitted by May 15th. Once you log into your CampInTouch page, click the “Forms and Documents” link to access these forms.
In the Health History Form, there is a section where you can enter your immunization history. If you are unable to complete the form on your own, there is a separate immunizations form that you can take to your doctor to get completed and then either fax or scan/email it in. If you complete the immunization information in the Heath History Form, you do not need to complete the separate Immunization Form.
