Horseback Riding

When people think of camps, oftentimes they think of horseback riding. This activity has long been a part of the North Star Camp for Boys program. While we do not have horses on the camp property, we take our campers to a local stable that is a quick five minute drive from camp.

Campers participate in a wide variety of activities. Trail rides are the focus as campers learn how to ride and also progress in their skills. Games and other activities in the ring allow advanced riders the opportunity to hone those skills.
